Bosco Institute of Psychology and Spirituality is a venture of the Salesian Province of Bangalore, offering Integral Sabbatical programmes for priests, religious and laity. BIPS is about 10 kms from the heart of Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala. Being on a hill top we get a panoramic view of the extensive greenery, comprising mainly of coconut groves and beyond that the vast expanse of the Arabian Sea. The place is constantly nourished by the sea breeze. It is sufficiently close to the city and at the same time far enough to have solitude and quietness. It is an ideal place for quiet work and rejuvenation.

In our programs we explore ways and means to evolve towards our full potential through integral theory and practices – the ground breaking approaches to personal transformation. ISP is interdisciplinary in character. Working synergistically on body, mind, emotions and spirit the participants will have opportunity for comprehensive personal change. ISP aims to draw from the best ideas and practices throughout the history East and West, pre-modern, modern and beyond. We offer presentations that give in-depth insights and practices to help to cultivate greater freedom, wholeness and understanding.
